1. Operating Entity
TeleTrade is operated by Imperial Luxe LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. For legal inquiries contact admin@teletrade.io.
2. Service Description
TeleTrade is a Telegram CRM and automation platform enabling users to manage bots, organise leads, automate workflows, and broadcast messages. The platform does not provide financial advice, trading services, investment guidance, brokerage services, or performance guarantees of any kind.
3. Account Requirements
You must provide accurate information, maintain secure credentials, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account — including the actions of team members you invite.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use TeleTrade unlawfully, harmfully, deceptively, abusively, or in violation of Telegram's policies or the rights of others. TeleTrade may restrict or terminate access for misuse or risk creation without prior notice.
5. Telegram Integration
TeleTrade does not control Telegram and cannot guarantee functionality during Telegram outages or platform changes. You remain responsible for your own compliance with Telegram's terms of service.
6. Billing & Subscriptions
- Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis unless cancelled
- Payments are processed via Stripe on behalf of Livano GmbH
- TeleTrade does not offer refunds except where legally required
- Custom services are scoped and billed separately upon request
7. Data & Privacy
You retain ownership of all data you upload to TeleTrade. Leads and chats can be exported; funnel structures cannot be exported externally. Data is retained for 30 days after account deletion. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
8. Mobile App Notifications
Push notifications may include transactional alerts for leads, chats, and system events relevant to your account activity.
9. Intellectual Property
All TeleTrade software, algorithms, and branding belong to Livano GmbH. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or resell any part of the platform.
10. Service Availability
TeleTrade makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted uptime or the availability of specific features. Features may be updated, changed, or discontinued at any time.
11. No Financial Guarantees
TeleTrade does not guarantee profits, conversion rates, financial performance, or trading outcomes of any kind. Results depend entirely on your own use of the platform.
12. Limitation of Liability
Under Swiss law, Livano GmbH bears no liability for indirect, incidental, consequential damages, or financial losses arising from your use of the platform.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Livano GmbH harmless from any claims arising from your use of the platform, your communications, your workflows, or your violation of these terms.
14. Account Termination
TeleTrade may suspend or terminate accounts for term violations, misuse, payment failures, or risk creation. You may delete your account at any time from within the dashboard.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Herisau, Canton of Appenzell Ausserrhoden, Switzerland.
16. Modifications
TeleTrade may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
