Privacy Policy
TeleTrade is a Telegram CRM and automation platform for managing leads, chats, workflows, funnels, and team operations. We do not provide financial or trading services and cannot access your personal Telegram account.
Information We Collect
User-Provided Data
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, workspace details, team information, and billing data. Payments are processed via Stripe — we do not store full card details.
Telegram Data
When you connect a bot, TeleTrade processes user IDs, chat messages, lead labels, funnel steps, timestamps, and performance metrics. We do not access personal Telegram accounts, store passwords, or share Telegram data with third parties.
Technical Data
We collect IP addresses, browser and device information, usage analytics, and security logs to operate and improve the platform.
Mobile App Data
The mobile app may collect device type, push notification tokens, and optional crash diagnostics.
How We Use Your Data
TeleTrade uses collected information to:
- Deliver and maintain the platform
- Sync Telegram chats and run automations
- Send transactional notifications
- Improve platform performance and stability
- Process billing and subscriptions
- Detect and prevent misuse
We never sell your data.
Cookies & Tracking
We use essential cookies for authentication and security, analytics cookies (PostHog, Hotjar, Google Analytics, Cloudflare), and marketing cookies. EU/EEA users receive a consent banner before non-essential cookies are set.
Data Sharing
Information may be shared with hosting providers, analytics tools, Stripe, support platforms, and legal authorities when required by law. Telegram messages and lead data are never shared for advertising purposes.
Data Retention
Upon account deletion, chats and leads are removed within 30 days. Funnel structures may be retained internally in anonymised form. Security and compliance logs may persist longer as required.
Your Rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your data (chats and leads only), object to processing, and withdraw cookie consent at any time by contacting us at admin@teletrade.io.
Security & International Transfers
We use encrypted databases, TLS encryption, and strict access controls. Data may be processed internationally with GDPR-compliant safeguards in place.
Additional Provisions
TeleTrade acts as a data processor. A GDPR-compliant Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available upon request. The service is not intended for users under 18. Material policy updates will be communicated via email or dashboard notification.
