Welcome to TeleTrade. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when using TeleTrade’s products, services, software, and website (collectively, the “Service”). Please read them carefully.

By creating an account or using TeleTrade in any way, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Who We Are

We provide a SaaS platform to help businesses manage Telegram-based communication, workflows, and leads.

2. What TeleTrade Does

TeleTrade is a Telegram CRM & automation platform that allows users to:

• connect and manage Telegram bots
• organize and label leads
• automate funnels and workflows
• broadcast messages or trades into Telegram channels
• track operational performance
• collaborate with a team
• receive push notifications and alerts
• access platform analytics

TeleTrade does not provide:

• financial advice
• trading services
• investment services
• brokerage
• guaranteed performance or financial outcomes

All trading-related activity you perform is your responsibility only.

3. Your Account

You must create an account to use TeleTrade. You agree to:

• provide accurate information
• keep your login credentials secure
• be responsible for all activity under your account
• ensure invited team members follow these Terms

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

TeleTrade must be used responsibly and in accordance with the law. You agree not to use the Service in ways that could be considered:

• unlawful
• harmful
• misleading
• abusive
• disruptive
• violating the rights or privacy of others
• incompatible with Telegram’s usage policies

We may restrict or remove access if we believe the platform is being misused or used in a way that creates risk for TeleTrade, Telegram, or other users.

5. Telegram Integrations

You may connect your Telegram bot or channels to the Service. You understand that:

• TeleTrade does not control Telegram
• Telegram outages or changes may impact functionality
• TeleTrade does not access your personal Telegram account
• TeleTrade only sends messages that you configure
• You are responsible for complying with Telegram’s rules

6. Billing & Subscriptions

6.1 Subscription Terms

TeleTrade offers monthly subscriptions.
Yearly subscriptions may be provided upon request.

6.2 Payment

Payments are processed through Stripe on behalf of Livano GmbH.
We do not store complete credit card information.

6.3 Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

6.4 Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation prevents future charges.

6.5 Refunds

TeleTrade does not offer refunds, except where legally required.

6.6 Additional Services

Custom onboarding, setup, or agency-level services may be offered upon request and billed separately.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of TeleTrade is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains:

• what data we collect
• how we process it
• your rights
• GDPR compliance

You retain ownership of the data you upload or store in TeleTrade.

You may export:

• leads
• chats

Funnel structures can be duplicated inside TeleTrade but cannot be exported externally.

Data is retained for 30 days after account deletion.

8. Mobile App & Notifications

TeleTrade provides a progressive web app and may offer an App Store / Google Play app. If enabled:

• TeleTrade may send transactional push notifications (e.g., new leads, new chats, system alerts)

9. Intellectual Property

TeleTrade, including all software, algorithms, branding, and user interface elements, is the property of Livano GmbH.

You may not:

• copy
• modify
• distribute
• reverse engineer
• resell

any part of the Service.

10. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we cannot guarantee:

• uninterrupted uptime
• that features will always function perfectly
• compatibility with all Telegram changes or updates

We may update or discontinue features at any time.

11. No Financial Guarantees

TeleTrade does not guarantee:

• profits
• conversion rates
• financial performance
• trading results
• business outcomes

Any results you achieve depend entirely on your own actions, strategy, and external factors.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Swiss law:

• TeleTrade is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• TeleTrade is not liable for financial losses or missed opportunities
• Your use of the Service is entirely at your own risk

13. Indemnification

You agree to hold harmless Livano GmbH from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

• your use of TeleTrade
• your Telegram communications
• your workflows or automations
• your violation of these Terms

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• you violate these Terms
• you misuse the platform
• payment fails repeatedly
• there is risk to TeleTrade or others

You may delete your account anytime.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.

Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of:

Herisau, Canton of Appenzell Ausserrhoden (AR), Switzerland

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
If changes are substantial, we will notify you.

Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
