TeleTrade does not provide financial, trading, or investment services and does not access your personal Telegram account.

We collect only what we need to operate the platform safely and efficiently.

2.1 Information You Provide

• Name and email when creating an account
• Workspace and team member details
• Billing information (processed via Stripe — we do not store full card details)
• Communications sent to our support team

2.2 Telegram Data

When you connect your Telegram bot, we may process:

• Telegram user IDs
• chat messages exchanged between you and your leads
• lead labels, statuses, tags
• funnel and automation steps triggered
• timestamps, message count, and performance metrics

We do NOT:

• access your personal Telegram account
• store Telegram passwords
• message any user without your configuration
• share Telegram data with third parties

2.3 Usage & Technical Data

We collect:

• IP address, browser, and device information
• platform usage analytics
• logs for security, error debugging, and performance improvement

2.4 Mobile App Data

If using our mobile/PWA app:

• push notification token
• optional crash diagnostics

TeleTrade acts as a Data Processor for customer-controlled data (leads, chats, Telegram interactions).
